During my nearly 2 decade tenure at NUSA, supported for the Confections & Snacks and Bakery Sweets Divisions.
At both divisions, my role was the end-to-end management of national & customer specific Everyday Displays, Club Programs, POS materials and permanent displays - supporting Marketing & Sales.
Confections
Displays
Being a highly impulse driven category, the Confections business requires a robust portfolio of displays.
Display programs were aligned to supporting business priorities, and continually updated to accommodate changes in the marketplace.
Display portfolio development to support both Impluse and Takehome pack categories.
Displays supported multiple core brands across both Chocolate and Sugar product types.
The Everyday Display corrugated display portfolio - national and customer specific - consisting of 30-35 programs year over year.

POS and Permanent rack programs primary role was supporting program sell-in at the store level by our in-store salesforce.
POS materials and were distributed to the field through a 3rd party fulfillment house.
